"And so, Mr. Morrison, you really expect to make an impression on the idolatry of the great Chinese empire," said the owner of the ship upon which Morrison was to sail. Robert Morrison replied, "No, sir; I expect God will."

Churches establishing and nurturing churches; Biblical churches reproducing or replicating Biblical Churches… missiology could rightfully be studied as a subheading of ecclesiology

I. Through Biblical Churches ---(Sound Theology, Christocentric Worship, and Lives, Biblical Leadership, Administer Ordinances, Meaningful Membership)

…the best way to ensure a biblical and mature missionary force is by nurturing biblical and mature churches at home.

II. Understand The Purpose of Missions: Making Disciples by Going, Baptizing and Teaching (Matt. 28:18-20)

“A disciple of Christ is someone who, having entered into a saving relationship with Him through faith, is now actively seeking to become like Him through the study and assimilation of His teaching and the imitation of His person."

III. The Necessity of Faith in Christ (Romans 10:14-15; John 3:36)

IV. The Great Commandments---Cultivate Love for God (The honor of His Name) and Neighbor (Salvation of neighbors) (Matt. 22:36-40)

V. Practice Local Evangelism---Neighbors and the Nations (Luke 14:21-24): witness at work, school, in homes

VI. Make Connections with Missionaries/Missions---conferences, inviting missionaries (Acts 14:26-27)

VII. Pray for the Nations---out of sight out of mind (Col. 4:2). Opportunity for example in pastoral prayers; during cooperate intercession

VIII. Communicate the Gospel Clearly (Rom. 1:14-17)…

"Make Christ crucified the great subject of your preaching." William Carey

The gospel is worthy of acceptation. Furthermore, it is worthy of proclamation!

IX. Teach How A Culture is Penetrated (1 Cor. 1:18-24; 2:1-5)…Not by attempting to be clever, using pragmatic, trendy plans…preaching the gospel and pastoring souls
